Return Policy

We hope to get all orders right the first time. Sometimes that does not happen, or a customer changes their mind.

New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping costs originally paid by Quadzilla Power (if applicable). No restocking fee applies to unopened returns within this period.

Installed items are not eligible for return for refund. Instead, Quadzilla Power will repair or replace at our sole discretion.

  • After 30 days, returns of unopened items may be accepted only with prior approval from Quadzilla Power, up to 6 months from the date of sale, and are subject to a 20% restock fee.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for return or refund. They may qualify for repair or exchange only, at Quadzilla Power's discretion.
  • Some parts are custom-built and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • No refunds on Custom Tunes
  • Exchanging new parts for another item may help reduce or avoid restocking fees where applicable.
  • Warranty claims are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Quadzilla Power is happy to assist customers with their claims. By installing any product purchased from Quadzilla Power, the customer agrees to abide by the manufacturer's decision on warranty claims and holds Quadzilla Power harmless.
  • Improper installation, fuel contamination, modification, disassembly, and unapproved application void warranty.
  • Please send all returns insured with tracking and keep records for your reference.

Refunds are usually processed within 3-7 business days after the returned package arrives at our location. Your bank or credit card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to process the refund.
