FAQ

We measure the flow of the nozzle.

Hole size is an outdated way of estimating flow.

Extrude honing increases the flow by making it easier for the fuel to come out the hole.

Example: Think of a funnel, increasing the hole in the bottom increases the flow as well as volume exiting the funnel.

Matched flow details have been missing from mechanical Injectors. Our nozzles have precision flow similar to common rail nozzles that is why we use percentage over.

We use a mild percentage hone to keep the integrity of the hole size/shape which gives better atomization.

(Better atomization leads to better economy and less smoke.)

Large feed bodies increase the flow and max horsepower for the injector.
